- Connect their own Facebook Pages
- Manage Facebook Messenger and Instagram Business conversations
- View and manually reply to messages from a single interface
KordCom only provides tools that enable users to manage communication for accounts they own or are authorized to manage.
3. User Responsibilities
Users represent and warrant that:
- They own or have proper authorization to manage the connected Facebook and Instagram accounts
- They will use KordCom in compliance with all applicable laws and Meta Platform Policies
- They will not use the platform for spam, harassment, abusive behavior, or unauthorized messaging
4. Platform Limitations
KordCom:
- Does not initiate conversations automatically
- Does not send messages without explicit user action
- Does not perform automated or bulk message sending
- Does not guarantee message delivery, which depends on Meta services
5. Third-Party Services
Use of Facebook Messenger and Instagram features is subject to:
- Meta Platform Terms
- Facebook and Instagram policies
KordCom is not responsible for service interruptions or limitations caused by third-party platforms.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
KordCom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse platform integrations
- Breach Meta Platform Policies
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
KordCom makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KordCom shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data caused by third-party platforms
- Service interruptions beyond its reasonable control
