KordCom respects user privacy and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data.

How to request data deletion

If you wish to request deletion of your data associated with KordCom, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@kordcom.com
2. Use the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”
3. Include the email address associated with your KordCom account

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and proceed with deleting your account and associated data.

What data will be deleted

Upon request, we will delete:

• Your KordCom account information
• Connected Facebook Page and Instagram account identifiers
• Stored message data associated with your account

Processing time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
